Shipping Policy

Production Time

Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Domestic (United States): 3–5 business days
International: 5–7 business days

Total estimated delivery = Production (3–5 business days) + Shipping time

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is always complimentary — for every order, to every destination, worldwide.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after your confirmation is sent.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide at no additional cost. For applicable markets, import duties and taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from our partner facilities strategically located across the United States to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged or your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@maisonrhb.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll work with you promptly to make it right.
